    NIHONTO JAPANESE SWORD LONG WAKIZASHI WITH KOSHIRAE - Japan - Momoyama
    to early Edo period (1500-1700)
    Very good condition, see description-
    The sword is estimated to be from the
    late Momoyama to early Edo period (1500-1700). Its a beautiful and thick long blade (just shy of being Katana length) with substantial weight (864 grams). T
    he Hamon is clear and beautiful with a very nice old polish. You can see the tamahagane steel, hada grains and forging patterns. The Tsuba and Koshirae are tight and fit perfectly.
